I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect- secluded and peaceful, away from the noise and bustle of the city. The staff at this hotel provided top-notch service, always going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the linens were of excellent quality. The hotel also had a beautiful pool, although I unfortunately couldn't enjoy it due to the bad weather. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making my stay truly enjoyable.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends. This place offers a luxurious and comfortable experience, with excellent service and amenities.

Beautiful setting at the end of the resort on the river. Great owners, very friendly. Good rooms and aircon was great. Excellent value for money.
Location is 2.5 K.M. out of town so reliant on shuttle bus or taxi. Recommend staying in town if you want to refresh after a big day out, before enjoying dinner and the night market. It was very hot so pool was not refreshing which was our main reason for choosing the hotel. Road into resort was full of potholes but this is their next project.

The room is quiet and spacious. The resort was practically empty.
There is no furniture in the room to sit and read or watch tv, even though there is plenty of space. The restaurant is a shocker. Food drying outside in the sun left uncovered with flies and ants through it. This is expected in the villages or markets, but not in an up market resort. On three mornings in a row we struggled to eat the breakfast, either undercooked or overcooked. We were not prepared to risk lunch or dinner in the resort. A lot of local people seem to just come in and use the pool. What is that about?

Over the new year, I stayed at a resort with nice bungalows, friendly staff and a good breakfast selection. The pool was a great place to relax and soak up the sun. There was also free Wi-Fi throughout the resort, which was a plus.
The resort was located too far away from town, making it difficult to get around. The only option was a shuttle bus, which only ran four times a day, and a tuk-tuk ride back at night was quite costly.

We booked Luang Prabang at short notice. The location is stunning and the management and staff go out of their way to make people welcome. The facilities are good and the rooms fantastic. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people and would return there in the future for a longer stay. The hotel is near the airport and near all facilities in the town. The management provide free transport several times a day into the town and will provide transport at other times for a small charge. Luang Prabang Paradise Resort is just fantastic!!!
All I can say is that I wish my stay was longer there.

During my Xmas stay, I appreciated the friendly staff and the quality of the room, which was spacious and comfortable. It was great having a balcony and being able to enjoy the fresh air. the pool was also a highlight and a fun way to spend an afternoon.
The hotel was located far from the city center, and the transportation options were limited and expensive. the breakfast options were also lacking and didn't provide much variety.

Swimming pool, free shuttle to town, comfy beds, beautiful garden, good lunch & dinner menu (tasty lap), free use of bikes
Lots of mosquitoes (up to 50 in our bathroom one night) = maybe should get rid of the ponds in the garden and buy some mosquito nets for the bedrooms)/bad breakfast= very little choice (eggs or soup) and poor quality of products (ex:artificial orange juice)/the fact that the swimming pool is open to public= one day there was about 30 locals, non guests swimming in their everyday clothes and eating/drinking in the swimming pool/no welcome drinks or fruit baskets like advertised on their website/not very welcoming staff even if we had booked for 8 nights/ very bad English so lots of mistakes in our food order

The room and the pool is clean. The food in the restaurant was Ok.
They charge stupid prices for transportation, ex: it's more expensive to go to the airport than in to town even though the airport is less than half the way..The 4 bicycles they have are a bit broken and not very comfortable. The towels by the pool are much better than the ones in the room! No guest recognition: a friend of ours called the hotel in advance to notify them that we were honeymooners. They said they were fully booked, so they wouldn't be able to upgrade us, which is absolutely Ok, but promised to decorate the room in a romantic way. But when we came there was nothing..

I had a peaceful and relaxing stay at the Paradise Resort. The staff was friendly and helpful. The villa was spacious and well-appointed with a comfortable bed and excellent amenities. The breakfast was simple but delicious, with a variety of options. The pool area was clean and inviting.
Can't fault anything about it.

The staff are just wonderful. They went out of their way to help-even going to the bus station to buy tickets. When they found out it was our wedding anniversary they decorated the ebd with roses and left a very sweet note. Just wonderful.

A little oasis just out of town. It was a small resort with about 10 bungalows of two rooms each and a lovely swimming pool. It was up a driveway away from the hustle of the street and we could sit in the open air restaurant and enjoy the view of the river. It was about a 15 minute leisurely walk into the township or you could take a bike that is part of the price of the room. Very friendly and helpful staff who went out of their way to help us enjoy a wonderful time in Luang Prabang. If I have the chance to return to Luang Prabang I would be heading straight back to Luang Prabang Paradise Resort.
